Corporate Services includes administration support for client and staff reception, provision of general agency service information, telephone support, supply of general office requirements, management of bookings for meeting/interview rooms, client file management, data input as required.
The Corporate Services team provides financial services for payroll, superannuation, debtors and creditors, petty cash provision. Technology support for website maintenance and IT assistance is also provided by some members of the team.
Asset management and maintenance, including buildings, vehicles, computers and telecommunications, is provided by corporate services staff.
GP Clinics are centrally managed by a Practice Manager.
