Community Health Nursing

The Community Health Nursing program aims to provide people living in the Rural City of Wangaratta, Myrtleford and Bright services that focus on preventing illness, disease and injury and promote independence, health and wellbeing. 

The Community Health Nursing program seeks to maintain and promote physical, social, educational, and psychological health and well being by providing access to health information and education, referrals to appropriate services, screening and assessment for medical, social and environmental health issues. 

This service can be accessed in Wangaratta, Myrtleford and Bright in community based venues.  Appointments can be made by contacting the Community Health Nurse at each local office.
