The Community Inclusion Program is a social support service for people who are frail, aged and people with a disability.
Day Programs
Provides healthy activities for adults with a disability, eg drama, cooking, jewellery making, and swimming. Activities happen at organisations, services and businesses in the community. Each month people can make new friends at fun, out of hours activities, eg horse riding, fishing, dancing, etc.
Planned Activity Group (PAG)
Helps people who are frail aged and/or have a disability. Activity groups are on 3 days each week and one Sunday each month. They provide social contact for people who are socially or geographically isolated. This also helps their carers. Planned Activity Groups are located at Moyhu and Wangaratta.
This activity receives funding from the Australian and Victorian Governments.
