Membership

You can become a member of the Ovens & King Community Health Service if you are 18 years of age and over; and live, work or are enrolled as a student in the catchment area served by Ovens & King CHS, or if you are a client/carer/volunteer of the Ovens & King CHS.

Membership is free and must be renewed each June.  Please contact reception for a membership form.
