- Develop and implement an IT Plan to enhance the client journey.

- Explore the potential for a strategic partnership with Gateway Community Health. Decision by Boards to progress partnership by December 2010.
- Explore potential partners to share corporate services for increased efficiencies by June 2011.
- Create a continuum of services through partnerships that provides better outcomes for clients by June 2013.
- Increase career pathways and enhance skills through creative partnering. Outcomes documented by 2013.
- Continue OKCHS role as a key partner in the Central Hume Primary Care Partnership. Document OKCHS role in achieving goals of CHPCP Strategic plan by June 2013.
